1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Accessories must be returned with tags intact.

2. Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Pack the product securely and send it to our address in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (for COD, cash refund will be provided).

4. Free Return

Returns within Dhaka are free of cost.

For outside Dhaka, we cover return shipping fees if the product is defective or damaged.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
